When we first spoke we told him what our desires were and he consistently set us listings to review. When we visited Florida Rob gave us a first-hand tour of Sarasota and we visited many properties. We saw parts of Sarasota we were unaware of which made us love the city even more. Once we submitted a bid Rob and his team took over.
